Senior Roll Forming Machine Operator Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:00AM- 4:00PM
• Pay Rate: $80,000-$100,000 Plus Per year
• Location: Bethlehem, PA 18017
• Type: Direct Hire

Senior Roll Forming Machine Operator Job Description:

• Operate Multiple Machine/All the related changeovers/settings
• Changeover at least four lines independently
• Manage the personnel working on the related line
• Assist Bundle and stack product
• Follow the production schedule given by the Shift Supervisor
• Record production
• Assist with coil loading
• Teaching Helpers and new personnel-compulsory
• Report the shortage of the coils to the Shift Supervisor
• Report the machine troubles and offer solutions
• Perform Required Maintenance for the machine
• Assist with Repairs and Maintenance
• Quality Control, understand and follow the CSSBI Tolerance Chart
• Daily Housekeeping for the related Machines
• Health and safety awareness
• Other duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor
• Wear appropriate PPE (Personnel Protective Equipment)
• Reporting to the Shift Supervisor

Senior Machine Operator Job Requirements:

• Must have VALID driver's license and RELIABLE transportation
• 1-3 years of experience working in a Product Knowledge, Interpersonal Skills, Mechanical aptitude, Problem Solver, Communication, Team, Leadership, Reporting
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and lift heavy materials up to & over 50lbs
• Function successfully in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
• Contribute to team efforts by communicating and working well with others
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• WHIMIS certification
• Health and Safety certification
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
• Valid Forklift Operator License
• Experience with a roll former machine
