Senior Salesforce Administrator
Our client, a telecommunications powerhouse, has been a game-changer since its inception in the early 2000s. They are seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize their Salesforce environment for both Residential and Enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring Salesforce runs smoothly and supports business needs, building reports and dashboards, and providing data insights.
Focus:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce, maintaining the integrity of data and workflows across Sales and Service Clouds.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business teams.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements in Salesforce to align with business needs.
- Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including user management, role hierarchy, profiles, permissions, and data security.
- Oversee Salesforce system configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation using Process Builder or Flow.
- Manage and prioritize Salesforce-related requests, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.
- Create and deliver Salesforce training to end-users and support adoption across departments.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis, including advanced functions like VLOOKUPs, to support reporting and data migration activities.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
- Minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally with experience supporting Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
- Salesforce certifications required (at least one):
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, including experience in building automations and optimizing workflows.
- Proficiency in building reports and dashboards in Salesforce and advanced data management skills in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a proactive approach to system improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
