Role: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and possess the technical expertise necessary to contribute to our Salesforce environment effectively.

Responsibilities:

Software Requirement:

  • Designing, developing, testing, and implementing Salesforce CRM applications using Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Understanding and implementing the sharing and security model of Salesforce to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Handling error handling, governor limits, and maintaining overall system stability. Overall Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Creating efficient Apex triggers and classes to automate data validation and enforce complex business rules.
  • Implementing and maintaining Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Contributing to CI/CD practices for seamless deployment and continuous integration of Salesforce applications.
  • To create frameworks and independent reusable lwc components. Category-wise Technical Skills.

Primary Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing user interfaces.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce's sharing and security model, fields, relationships, and handling governor limits. Secondary Skill Set:
  • Experience in designing and implementing Flows to automate business processes within Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices for efficient development and deployment.
  • In-depth understanding of Sales and Experience Cloud functionalities within Salesforce. Good-to-Have Skill Set:
  • Proficiency in VF Page development and utilizing Vanilla JS for customizations.
  • Experience using GIT for version control and collaborative development.
  • Understanding and implementing Salesforce Approval Processes for business workflows.

Requirement:

  • Proven experience of at least 5+ years in Salesforce development, with a track record of successful project implementations. Day-to-Day Activities:
  • Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce CRM applications using various technical components.
  • Collaborating with QA teams to perform testing and debugging of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Contributing to Agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning and stand-up meetings. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Developer certification is preferred. Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage strict schedules and deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze complex business needs and recommend best practices for improvements.
