Job Description: Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
- Salesforce ( Primary) MySQL Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX User setup and management and troubleshoot login issues Data management, updates, mass data loads.
- Service Cloud - case assignment, auto response rules and case management Reports & Dashboards - advanced Creation and customization of list views Experience with Salesforce 'Flow' & creation/troubleshooting of advanced automation Monitoring of scheduled jobs and daily checks Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc as part of CI/CD process.
- Experience working with different RDBMS , preferably SQL server. Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX development.
- Extensive infrastructure knowledge around Load balancing, Content Delivery Networks, SSL, Domains, firewalls etc.
- Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Candidate to be proactive, able to manage candidate own work and contribute to discussions on a team level.
