Role Overview: The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will lead new projects, set technical direction, and mentor team members. They will play a critical role in helping engineering teams design, deploy, and manage reliable software across all environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address performance issues through deep systems engineering and optimization
• Define performance and reliability roadmaps
• Improve observability, ensure production readiness, and optimize performance
• Facilitate incident response and conduct root cause analysis
• Automate operational tasks and design reliable system architectures
• Mentor and train team members on best practices

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in backend software or infrastructure
• Proven ability to architect and develop solutions to complex problems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to dive into any layer of the stack

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with blockchains and protocols
• Proficiency in Ruby, Go, and Terraform
• Experience in highly regulated environments
• Ability to write technical blog posts and training materials

Compensation:

• Target annual salary: $200k+, plus bonus, equity, and benefits
