Summary/Objective: The Senior Social Media Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve ROI for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of social media accounts to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Manage and oversee social media content creation, including text, images, and videos, ensuring consistency with brand voice and
- messaging.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, set objectives, and develop tailored social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

Required Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Experience working with clients in various industries and managing multiple accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
