Summary/Objective: The Senior Social Media Account Manager is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve ROI for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of social media accounts to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Manage and oversee social media content creation, including text, images, and videos, ensuring consistency with brand voice and
  • messaging.
  • Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, set objectives, and develop tailored social media campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.

Key Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position may have supervisory responsibilities for junior social media team members.

Travel: This position may require occasional travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Experience working with clients in various industries and managing multiple accounts.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
    • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
    • Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
