Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technical landscape. You'll support senior technical leadership, assist in driving technical initiatives, and collaborate with a talented team to address the unique challenges of the property management industry.

Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Build, maintain, and enhance scalable software solutions tailored to property management operations. Leverage advanced analytics, AI/machine learning, data modeling, and intuitive dashboards to drive business insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to strategize and implement impactful software solutions. Contribute to software architecture and design decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Supporting Technical Leadership: Assist senior technical leaders in planning and executing key projects. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high-quality development standards.
  • Optimization: Focus on developing tools and systems that improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable results.

    • What You Bring

    Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

    Experience: 5-7 years of professional software development experience. A proven track record of building scalable, reliable, and maintainable applications.

    Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Hands-on experience with both relational (e.g., MySQL, Postgres) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases. Expertise in agile methodologies, design patterns, and testing frameworks.

    Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration abilities. A passion for mentoring and fostering growth within a team.

    Experience: Familiarity with property management software like Propertyware or HubSpot. Industry knowledge of real estate or property management (a plus, but not required).
