Senior Software Engineer - Resourceful Talent Group : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineerto develop, manage and guide a dynamic software development team. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in AWS, C# and .NET technologies, as well as experience overseeing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will be hands-on executing on deliverables, oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experiencein software engineering, with5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in.NET technologies(ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
• Proven experience managing development teams.
• Previous experience working with startups.
• Familiarity withcloud platforms(AWS/Azure) andAgile/DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of themedia content industry, including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to conductvideo interviewswith the camera turned on.
• U.S. CitizenshiporGreen Card holderstatus required.
