We are seeking a Senior Software Developer that thrives in a fast-paced environment providing direct support to our customers. In this rapidly changing environment, you will function as a part of a multidisciplined collaborative team leveraging your background and ideas to develop next generation aviation mission and weapon planning software. You will play a crucial role throughout program lifespan from systems engineering, requirements generation, system hardware and software design and through development, integration, test and fielding. With participation as a part of the greater team, you will need to demonstrate disciplined time management skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritize to meet programs deadlines. This role requires the highest level of professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional written abilities, analytical skills (data analysis and research), and a strong attention to detail. In support of the government customer, you will have the opportunity to manage day-to-day operations in support of the government customer. Your attendance in meetings will support room scheduling, distributing meeting announcements, tracking attendance, coordinating presentations materials, documenting minutes, and distributing follow-up materials. In addition, this role will provide recommendation and analysis in development of documentation IAW regulations and guidelines.

Required

• ABET accredited engineering degree
• 10 years related experience including experience with full system lifecycle activities
• Proficient in clear and concise technical language and writing
• Experience across the full software development life cycle
• Knowledge of military and software industry standards
• Some travel
• Must have an in-scope DoD Secret Clearance

Desired

• Familiarity with aviation mission planning
• Working knowledge with Android and other like GUI and processing environments
• Proficiency in embedded development including FPGA's, DSP's, and microcontrollers
• Experience with systems and interoperability-level testing of various systems
