Senior Software Engineer-(Onsite) Great River, New York - Netsmart Technologies : Job Details

Participate fully in software development life cycle for large, complex projects. Design, build and produce software solutions independently. Conduct team and project planning using Agile methodology and structured delivery processes. Collaboratively support, troubleshoot and fix issues as part of broader software development team. Work with and lead onsite and offshore delivery and operations teams. Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance; motivate others to achieve shared aspirations. Establish metric-driven goals and report status, risks and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders. This position is onsite in the Great River, NY area. This position may require availability outside of standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule. Qualifications. Required. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. At least 1-2 years of technical experience in software development. Angular, JS or similar tools would be preferred.
