Responsibilities As a Sr Special Access Program Advisor professional with MTSI you will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) to achieve cost-effective, long-term, critical capabilities to support the war-fighting mission of the combatant commanders. This position will be located in the Washington DC area. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Provide embedded support to a USAF program office with expertise in acquisitions, program management, and special access program controls You will work on high-visibility and mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently. Ability to understand complex security governance and mission objectives to propose effective solutions to manage cost, schedule, performance, and risk; make specific, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action. Support building and managing acquisition and program security documentation, interface with DoD and other external stakeholders, and assist with monitoring program execution. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 15+ years of DoD acquisition experience with no less than two (2) years' experience in Special Access Programs and/or SCI environment within the last five (5) years Experience developing program security baselines; drafting, reviewing, and coordinating program security staff packages for approval Acquisition and/or contract management experience, specifically monitoring program execution and integration of complex programs Must have strong interpersonal skills, capable of developing briefings and reports with high attention to detail Ability to build strong working relationships with external stakeholders Ability to accurately summarizing key issues and recommendations for senior DAF and OSD leadership, and to other DoD offices and senior stakeholders. Desired Qualifications: Extensive knowledge or past working experience in a service or DoD SAPCO Experience in the DoD or IC as a Gov Program or Project Manager Experience developing, reviewing and coordinating acquisition documentation such as Statement of Work, Request for Proposal, and Technical Evaluations Minimum Educational Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (BA/BS/BE) required Masters Degree in Arts, Science, Engineering (MA/MS/ME) desired Clearance Requirements: Candidate will need to have a US TS SCI security clearance Please Note: U.S. Citizenship is required. #mtsi #LI-LS1 #LI-Onsite
