Senior Staff Accountant - Adecco US : Job Details

Adecco is partnering with a local company in Oshkosh, WI to hire a Senior Staff Accountant for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity.

Shift : Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30

Pay $31-$38 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts, prepare and post journal entries, and perform month end and year to close processes

Perform Bank reconciliations and research any discrepancies

Assists in preparing reports such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements, monthly financial reports for the board of control, and ad-hoc reports as requested

Providing support during internal and external audits

Assist in the preparation and submission of grant claims, assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecast for grant proposals

Reconcile A/R and A/P balances to ledger, Review account payables and receivables

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Account or Finance related field

3-5 years of accounting experience

Proficiency with Oracle Net Suite is preferred

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

**Pay Details:** $31.00 to $38.00 per hour
