Overseeing deferred revenue processes and revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP and ASC-606.2. Managing accounts receivable, billing, and collections to ensure timely and accurate payments.3. Preparing ad hoc reports and conducting audits as required.4. Maintaining fixed assets and construction in progress (CIP) schedules.5. Coordinating month-end closing processes and preparing financial statements.6. Managing payroll accruals and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.7. Implementing and maintaining ASC-606 compliant revenue processes.8. Assisting in the maintenance and optimization of ERP systems.9. Preparing journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts.10. Collaborating with other team members to improve financial processes and systems.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Senior Staff Accountant role:1. Holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.2. Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the healthcare industry.3. Possesses extensive knowledge of GAAP and ASC-606, as well as experience with deferred revenue processes and revenue recognition.4. Has proven experience with accounts receivable, billing, and collections.5. Is proficient in using ERP systems, and experience with Sage Intacct and Oracle is highly desirable.6. Has experience with Epicor, although this is not a mandatory requirement.7. Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare clear, concise financial reports.8. Is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.9. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.10.
