Job DetailsRequirements:
- 7 to 10+ years of building design experience, with demonstrated leadership potential
- Extensive experience across a range of structural materials and building types, particularly with larger steel and concrete structures across multiple market sectors
- SE license preferred
- Familiarity with DSA and OSHPD regulations is a plus
- Experience in seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 is an advantage
- Master's degree in structural engineering from a U.S. university is required
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team, are essential
