Senior Supply Chain Manager - DSJ Global : Job Details

A cutting-edge AI company focused on developing next-generation self-driving technology is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager. This organization, supported by top-tier investors and with offices in multiple major cities, is dedicated to advancing safe self-driving solutions and is looking for innovative, collaborative candidates who want to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Join the Global Supply Chain Team to establish a strong supply base
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain for Mechanical and EDS hardware
• Lead contractual negotiations with suppliers, including Supply Agreements, NDAs, Terms and Conditions, and Statements of Work
• Develop strategies for cost modeling, risk mitigation, and the introduction of new technologies through market intelligence
• Create hardware roadmaps and analyze market trends
• Oversee various indirect spend categories, including Facilities and SaaS
• Drive the RFP and RFQ processes, coordinating supplier selection using a Total Cost of Ownership model

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with electric vehicles or in a similar manufacturing environment
• 7+ years of supply chain experience, including new product introduction and contract negotiations.
• Strong background in supplier relationship management, especially with international suppliers.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and experienced with Source-to-Pay processes, including PLM, ERP, CLM, and procurement systems.
• Willingness to travel to various offices and supplier sites globally.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to supporting others.
• Passion for self-driving technologies and innovative problem-solving.
