Job Description :
This is a 12 month contract with IHA. 100% remote. Only EST, CST candidates. All visa open. Healthcare insurance (Payer) exp is required. Job description:
  • Design & Development in the integration of application and interfaces
  • Use project management methodologies and System Life Cycle to implement resolution in support of client's requirements and initiatives
  • Participate in development efforts by performing detailed incident analysis
  • Develop detailed designs/resolutions with Support Engineer-Lead and Integration Architect input
  • Implement code changes, and test scenarios to meet business requirements
  • Will mentor Support Engineers to ensure their support and development responsibilities align to standards.
  • Understanding of log files, Java exceptions, system & application errors, etc. to determine root cause in a timely fashion will be critical.
Required Skills:
  • Understand critical business processes and prioritize incidents accordingly
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior business and technical management, and strategic partners is essential.
  • Bachelor's required; an additional four (4) years of experience in designing and developing software may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Five (5) years of experience designing and developing software with the ability to design and implement services-based integration solutions or demonstrated equivalent knowledge required.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL required.
  • Experience with integration tools and services using Java, along with web services technologies and tools (WSDL, SOAP, XML, Message-oriented middleware (MOM), ESB Enterprise Service Bus) in a SOA environment is required. Python, AWS cloud technologies, Spring and Spring Boot experience is preferred.
  • Experience with methodology based development, including agile and waterfall.
  • Strong analytical abilities to accurately determine root cause in a timely fashion.
  • Ability to work in both Linux and Windows environments.
  • Experience in all aspects of the System Development Lifecycle
  • Ability to guide Support Engineers, work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required. Leads by example and serves as a mentor for other team members.
