đź“Ť Location: Initially hybrid in Bell, CA - you will need to be onsite for in-person interviews with the hiring teams and to welcome your new hires aboard. In 2025, you'll be located onsite and one of the first to welcome candidates to our new corporate headquarters! We'll let you know the general location of the new office before you invest too much of your valuable time pursuing the Senior TA Partner role.
🕒 Schedule Flexibility: We understand the importance of meeting candidates where they are—whether that's during regular hours or evenings for Zoom interviews. You'll have the flexibility to make each recruiting experience unique and accessible.
What You'll Do:
- Talent Scouting Extraordinaire: Actively source, attract, and engage top talent across multiple channels and platforms.
- Candidate Experience Guru: Curate seamless, personalized interview processes that allow every candidate to shine, all while managing a smooth timeline from start to finish.
- Apparel & Fashion Expert: Utilize your expertise to recruit for key roles within the fashion industry, including designers and product developers, ensuring we attract top talent aligned with our brand's vision.
- Manage a Dynamic Requisition Load: Initially, manage around 10 openings, with a significant ramp-up in early to mid 2025. You'll help us navigate this hiring surge with confidence and organization.
- Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their unique needs and deliver top candidates who embody our culture and values.
- Process Improvement Enthusiast: Champion enhancements in our hiring processes and bring fresh ideas to the table.

- Greenhouse ATS for applicant tracking and streamlined hiring processes.
- Calendly to make scheduling your Zooms more candidate friendly.
- LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive sourcing and relationship building.
- Workday for onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to team member.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 8+ years in talent acquisition, with direct experience in the apparel/fashion space and recruiting designers and product developers.
- Hands-on: We all work for a living. You won't have sourcers, coordinators, or admins.
- Flexibility: Willing to go the extra mile to support evening interviews and unique candidate requests.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written skills—you're able to sell both the role and our company vision to any audience.
- Creativity and Curiosity: You don't just fill roles; you love exploring innovative sourcing techniques and enhancing candidate journeys.
