The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65-140,000/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications:This Is What You Will Do in This Role
  • Work closely with HR business partners and business leaders to understand and fulfill staffing needs
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Analyze data, advise on talent strategy and market trends
  • Innovate recruitment approaches and leverage technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all organizational levels
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or other related field
  • Minimum 5 years' recruiting experience in a high-paced, technical organization
  • Proven strong, technical sales experienceg
  • Prior experience leading successful talent acquisition projects
  • Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with recruitment tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn)
