Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Full Time

Mon-Fri 9-5, plus one Saturday per month

$60K plus – Performance Bonus eligible.

We currently have an exceptional career-growth opportunity for a collaborative Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with demonstrated recruiting skills and excellent organizational skills. You will be responsible for consulting with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse, high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications, monitor requisition status to ensure an efficient recruitment process for respective candidates and clients.

We require:

  • College degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Qualified NYS Driver's license and maintained throughout employment required
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in talent acquisition/recruitment required
  • Clinical recruitment a plus
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems preferred
  • Experience recruiting in non-profit environment a plus
  • Computer Proficiency in all MS Office applications required
  • Must be client focused, extremely detail orientated and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong people skills and professional demeanor required
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills required
