As a Senior Talent Sourcer, you will own sourcing strategies and outreach for critical roles within the business. You will be working closely with our recruitment community and business leaders to develop and land top talent across our operating companies. You should be comfortable interacting with business leaders and not intimidated working with candidates who are rock stars in their fields. You should be comfortable and effective at delivering optimal results in fast paced, and urgent environments. As a member of our team, you will own engaging passive talent and nurturing that talent as we find the right opportunities for them. You will articulate career opportunities that engages talent not only for the role you are recruiting, but also for the opportunities at our company that live beyond a new hires' entry point. You must thrive in the hunt, and be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. You'll cover the basics of recruiting, but more importantly, leverage your technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful recruitment strategies that will ensure we are creators of confidence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define sourcing strategy and add market insights to help influence outcomes
- Be an expert on company businesses as well as that of the industry and adjacent markets to contribute to sourcing strategies
- Research, identify and cultivate external talent networks that will further progress the company's talent strategy
- Work both independently and with the Talent Acquisition team to craft search strategies and develop outreach list that can be used for current and future (opportunistic) roles.
- Execute on tactical outreach, referral generation, events, and pipelining efforts and crafting custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement.
- You will own candidate relationships all the way to the point of an in-person interview, and will be tightly integrated into the feedback process during the interview process.
- Recommend and drive improvements with recruiters and interviewing teams to effectively screen and assess talent.
- Work with schedulers and recruiters to ensure a remarkable candidate experience
- Track candidate activity and share with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience.
- 7+ years of recruitment and sourcing experience
- 2 years experience in managing recruiting processes and candidate research in either in house or search firm with preference toward some search firm experience
Desired:
- Demonstrated knowledge of research methods (Boolean, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Chrome extensions, etc) within the global landscape
- Demonstrated experience in building talent networks, nurturing and fostering relationships
- Demonstrated use of talent market insights and data to influence sourcing strategies
- Experience with Talent Acquisition processes and systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems and CRMs (Taleo and/or Workday is strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
