We are seeking a proficient Senior Tax Manager who will oversee various technical tax projects, leverage in-depth industry knowledge to enhance company policies and procedures, and ensure optimal operations.   • Full comprehension and adherence to the firm's philosophy, report standards, policies, and financial opinions.
  • Oversee staff management and training, ensuring the most efficient operation of the firm.
  • Keep updated on general economic and political trends, as well as upcoming tax legislations and pronouncements that could affect the business.
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with clients, focusing on collaborative partnerships.
  • Maintain and promote a positive work culture that recognizes and develops the firm's human resources as key assets.Minimum Position Qualifications:
    • Advanced experience in tax management with a CPA certification.
    • Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a diverse and dynamic environment.
    • Strong understanding of tax codes, compliance matters, and corporate tax planning.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
    • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to handle complex data and provide strategic solutions.
    • Ability to adapt to new technology and software used in tax preparation and financial reporting.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Masters in Taxation or a related field preferred.
      • Previous experience in a top-tier accounting firm.
      • Knowledge of specialized tax areas like M&A, Business Valuation, and International Tax.
      • Strong project management skills demonstrating detailed orientation.
      • Experience with tax software and applications, including newer digital tools.
      • Recognition for leadership in technical training and team development initiatives.Skills:
