Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and nine (9) years of related technical experience; or An equivalent combination of education and related technical experience. Duties Description Duties of this position include but are not limited to: Leading, developing, implementing and monitoring a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security program and IT risk management program; working directly with the courts and OCA units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes; developing and enhancing an information security management framework; understanding and interacting with related disciplines within the UCS to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services; partnering with stakeholders across the UCS to raise awareness of risk management concerns; assisting with the overall technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems as related to information security requirements and standards; overseeing incident response, and working with leadership on disaster recovery planning; coordinating the response and recovery efforts when a data or security breach occurs; and informing the Director of Technology, CTO, OCA Executive Director and Judicial Leadership of information security risks, breaches, or vulnerabilities.
