Senior Technical Solutions Data Analyst - Datadog : Job Details

Be part of the internal Technical Solutions Operations team and will join a broader Data Analyst community across the company and have the opportunity to grow and use cutting edge analytics tools. What Youll Do: Develop a deep understanding of our Technical Solutions teams value proposition, operating models, internal systems and processes, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage data & analytics to help scale our operations. Partner with Technical Solutions leaders to define meaningful KPIs to measure the health of operations and the success of various programs and initiatives. Build operational dashboards that surface actionable insights, allow for deep dive opportunities, and are optimized for a seamless user experience. Contribute to our data modeling later, leveraging DBT to update existing and develop new data models, optimized for self-serve analytics in our BI tool (Metabase).
