About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Trainer to join our Specialty Financial Center (SFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International's Specialty Program Group (SPG). The Senior Trainer will play a key role in providing a positive and enriching experience for both current and future team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to excel in their roles.

What you'll do:

• Facilitate training sessions for new and existing members of the Specialty Financial Center, focusing on workflows and processes
• Utilizes knowledge of training methodologies to plan and facilitates development of training solutions that drive successful department outcomes
• Contributes to the identification and design of the technical training curriculum, balancing the needs of different functions
• Monitors and documents user outcomes, needs assessment and learning objectives
• Provides input on documentation of programs, curriculum, and outcome objectives; provides oversight and guidance to less experienced team members
• Works with cross-functional stakeholders to comprehend system training materials, identify gaps, and develop a structured approach to creating training resources
• Collaborate with all SFC accounting teams to understand departmental responsibilities and training needs
• Support with additional projects and responsibilities as assigned

What you bring to our team:

• Required 2+ years with a proven track record of delivering successful training programs
• Professional certification or BA in Business, Communications, Education, Accounting, or related area is preferred
• Intermediate to advanced computer program skills in all Microsoft Office Suite
• A well-established understanding of accounting, financial concepts and controls
• Superior interpersonal and engagement skills, with a talent for building rapport and collaboration
• Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Flexibility in working schedule to support the needs of the departments
