Job Description :

LHH is seeking to hire a Senior Treasury Analyst for a hybrid role located in Chicago, IL. Reporting to the Treasurer, the Senior Treasury Analyst will be involved in all aspects of treasury activities, including daily cash forecasting, liquidity management, bank account management, foreign exchange, and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily cash activities, including cash positioning, payments, account reconciliation, and funding requirements.
  • Handling daily debt decisions and recordkeeping; performing interest calculations, reconciling, and executing debt and interest payments.
  • Ensuring compliance with monthly borrowing base certificates, quarterly covenant submissions, and SOX record requests.
  • Creating and delivering executive reports, including cash flow forecasting, share repurchases, and daily cash and availability positions.
  • Preparing budgets for bank service fees, analyzing and comparing actuals to budget, and researching and resolving variances.
  • Overseeing Treasury technology, including the maintenance, administration, and functionality improvements of the Kyriba Treasury Management System.
  • Driving Treasury-related projects to streamline payments, improve internal banking services, identify efficiency opportunities, and enhance visibility to cash flows.
  • Collaborating with third-party providers to enhance current banking services and implement new banking/technology solutions.
  • Leading the treasury integration of acquired companies, including bank account structure, payments, and migration to corporate treasury systems.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, with responsibilities and activities subject to change at any time with or without notice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in Treasury.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Capability to work independently and solve problems effectively.
