About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP Global Sales for its Industrial Motors division. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies on a global scale, with a focus on the NEMA motors market. This role requires a proactive leader who can develop and coach the sales function, manage marketing and sales action plans, and ensure the achievement of key targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The SVP will be accountable for creating and executing the sales mission, vision, and strategy, as well as leading the definition of the division's market presence and delivery model. Strong financial acumen and a proven track record in executing strategic initiatives are essential.Applicants for the SVP Global Sales position should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years' experience in industrial motor sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in developing successful market strategies, a deep understanding of global markets, customers, and competition, and experience in portfolio management, pricing, and sales engineering. The role demands a professional with a strong global business acumen, capable of leading large sales teams and ensuring the division's market price levels are maintained.
