The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Hospitality to lead the integration of a hospitality-driven service excellence culture across all member-facing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving a strategic hospitality vision that enhances member satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement. This critical leadership role involves collaborating with the Chief Experience Officer to develop a comprehensive hospitality strategy, ensuring that hospitality principles are embedded in all service experiences, and aligning operational efficiency with personalized, member-centric service. The SVP will also be tasked with inspiring a culture of hospitality, leading training and innovation initiatives, and using data-driven insights to continuously refine service delivery.Applicants for the SVP of Hospitality position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in hospitality or customer experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. A proven track record of leading customer-centric, hospitality-driven strategies in a service-oriented environment is essential. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills, as well as a data-driven mindset with a strong aptitude for leveraging technology and innovation to improve the member experience. A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. While experience in financial services or retail banking is also preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement.
