Job Description Job Title- Senior Visual Merchandiser Location- Dubai Salary- 12000-16000 AED Years of Experience- 4+ Years Languages known- English. Driving License Mandatory Requirements- Perform appropriate display and merchandising to enhance sales, store standards, and maximise attraction of customers into the stores. Originate displays ideas to attract a maximum number of customers, promote sales and improved visibility of slow-moving high margin items in coordination with the store manager & retail coordinators. Arrange the tables, furniture (floor standing units, branded display units etc..) and merchandise according to prearranged plans. Supervise the requisition and display of decorative materials if any in stores as needed. Create, maintain, and manage the SOPs for Visual Merchandiser. Develop, deliver, and communicate visual concepts and promote the brands, products, and services in-store. Train and coach, the store team. Ensure that brand identity and presentation standards are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
