Senior Warehouse Operations Manager

Pay: $80,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 am 4:00 pm (flexible start times, occasional Saturday mornings during peak seasons)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee warehouse and logistics operations in a facility in Auburn, NY. This role will manage the end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring accurate order processing and inventory control while supervising a dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Oversee order receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with UPS, FedEx, and other carriers.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control standards to meet customer expectations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train 2 direct reports, ensuring high performance and team development.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with customer service and other departments for seamless operations.
• Technology Utilization: Leverage IMS, WMS, and MS Office (Excel) for inventory and warehouse management.
• Customer Interaction: Maintain effective communication with customers to resolve any fulfillment issues.

Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or fulfillment operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems, warehouse management systems, and MS Office (Excel).
• Experience managing large retail accounts preferred.
• Flexibility to work additional hours during busy seasons.
