IT Project Lead - Clinical and Business Information SystemsAre you a seasoned IT professional looking for a new challenge? Applications projects in multi-platform environments.Responsibilities:* Lead and coordinate all aspects of major I.S. Applications projects, from definition to delivery, ensuring seamless integration with our Data Center* Conduct feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and design clinical and business information systems to meet clients' needs* Develop detailed conceptual designs, specifications, and application level specifications for systems performance, integration, and data base design* Devise and modify procedures, perform studies of the impact of major systems conversions, and maintain a knowledge of current products and systems development techniques* Lead special analyses or studies, and work closely with clients to ensure informed decision-making* Develop and produce custom applications software, writing programs using a variety of programming languagesQualifications:* 5-7 years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on clinical and business information systems* 4+ years of experience with Workday, particularly in HCM (HR) and less in reporting and integration* UNION experience or experience in another complex environment* Solid benefits experience and Open Enrollment* Ability to work off hours and participate in on-call rotation* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentAbout Our Company:We're a dynamic organization committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
