Open to the PublicPart-Time11/6/24-11/10/24Days and Shifts: All ShiftsPosition Summary:Under the supervision of the Guest Services Supervisor, assist guests by safely parking and retrieving vehicles in a timely manner which may require frequent running and/or jogging.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with opening and closing doors and loading/unloading mobility devices.
- Use proper scripting with guests as trained.
- Complete valet tickets legibly and accurately.
- Use the CVPS software as outlined.
- Maintain current knowledge of casino and resort amenities.
- Follow the Tip Pool Guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining the front entrance appearance keeping it clean.
- Comply with all Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort Safety and Security Policies and Procedures.
- Comply with all guidelines of Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort Motor Vehicle User`s Handbook.
- Report accidents, possible problems, or unusual circumstances involving guests, employees or company assets in an immediate manner to Guest Services Supervisor.
- Secure all guests` cars, keys and potential personal belongings.
- Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times.

Contacts/Purpose of Contacts:
- Contact with guests when providing valet service.
- Contact with associates and management team of the guest service department, to communicate day to day operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to drive vehicles with a standard transmission.
- Must be able to pass background check to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position.
License, Certification, or Special Requirements:
- Must have a valid State of Michigan Driver`s License, with the proper designation required for the vehicle utilized to perform the job duties, and qualify for coverage by SCIT auto liability insurance carrier. A Tribal Driver`s License will also be required if a Motor Pool Vehicle is used in the course and scope of the required job duties.
- Native American preference shall apply to all positions.

- Knowledge of vehicle operation.
- Knowledge of safe and efficient practices while driving and parking vehicles.
- Skill in parking and driving vehicles.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to operate cars of all types.
- Ability to service guests in a professional appearance and manner.
- Ability to work as part of a team with a common goal of providing the best guest service possible.
- Ability to remain positive and be respectful.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent use of hands, wrists, fingers associated with vehicle operation.
- Required to walk/run/jog when parking and retrieving vehicles.
- Sit, stoop, kneel or crouch while performing duties.
- Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; Use arms to reach and lift above shoulders.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to walk or run up to 200 yards without difficulty.
- Must have normal auditory and good verbal communication.
- Occasionally lift/push/pull up to 40 pounds.
Work Environment:
- Frequent walking and standing in a smoking environment and contact with the general public.
- Must possess sufficient stamina to work under all types of weather conditions including extreme hot/cold and to lift, carry, push, or pull a variety of tools, equipment and materials.
- Extended hours or irregular shifts may be required.
