To serve all food and beverage effectively in accordance with Sacred Rock Inn policies, procedures and standards. Consistently meets or exceeds the standards for guest service and cleanliness. Responds to guest requests; is familiar with and complies with the Sacred Rock Innstandards and philosophy in performing all key areas of accountability and other essential duties and responsibilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Two to three years serving experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Must pass all applicable background check requirements• Safe Serv certification• CPR certification may be recommended
Pay range: $20.00 per hour
*Includes a gas benefit per shift for qualifying employees!
• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Sacred Rock Inn/Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines. • All table items must be properly placed using established restaurant procedures.• All guests will be greeted with a smile escorted to a table.• Deliver all foods and beverage on a tray. Follow guidelines for the proper use of a tray. • All table service will be conducted in a friendly, responsive and professional manner. All food and beverage will be served in a timely manner following proper sequence of service while remaining responsive to all guest requests.• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurants inside and outside seating areas.• Acts as a team player and liaison between kitchen and guests.• Adhere to Inn's accounting policies and procedures as they relate to food and beverage. • Maintains safety and security of guests at all times. Performs all duties in a safe manner as outlined in the codes of safe practice learned in the Safe Serv Course. Reports all accidents & incidents to supervisor immediately regardless of severity. • Adheres to key control policy and procedure according to set standards.• Adheres to and promotes the Sacred Rock Inn standards.• Keeps storage areas neat and organized and restocks supply areas as needed. • Assists in training new employees.• Participate in ongoing learning of culinary and beverage service and attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
