This individual will document all necessary information on the account as well as process and send corresponding letters. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and requests
- Process new and pending ODP applications
- Document all necessary information on account
- Process increase, decrease and pending reports and all corresponding mail
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Extremely detail oriented with proven organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently & on a team, while making decisions in accordance with bank policies and regulations
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel and customers
Education and Experience:
- High school degree or equivalent plus 1-year customer service experience; 1-year office/administrative experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Windows/MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
