- Needs 1 year of EXP as RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant).
- Must have CNOR (Certified Nurse-Operating Room) Certification and BLS.
- They will all need to be able to jump into the call rotation after week 1 up to 8 days per month including a weekend which is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday consecutively.
- RNFA DAYS (possibility of 4x10s).
- Min 1 year of experience as RNFA.
- BLS Certificate (preferred AHA).
- Active RN License.
- 2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and other could be supervisor or Managerial).
