Position Overview:

You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Your role will involve taking drink and food orders, delivering them promptly, and ensuring that guests have a memorable night. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to maintain the high standards of service that our patrons expect.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide a high standard professional service throughout their visit.
• Take and accurately process bottle, drink and food orders.
• Serve every order efficiently, ensuring that all orders are correct and timely.
• Monitor and attend to guests needs throughout their stay.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Work Environment/Required Skills/Physical Demand:

• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Must be available to work late nights, weekends, and potential holidays.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of bottle service, cocktail preparation and an understanding of bar menu items.
• Exposure to loud music and crowds, the severity of which depends upon the guest volume.
• Must be able to read computer screens and work efficiently with reservation/booking systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in a nightclub or upscale bar setting.
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
• Familiarity with alcohol service regulations and responsible drinking practices.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
