The Woodlands at Canterfield, a brand new Assisted Living and Memory Support community located in West Dundee, Illinois is looking for a dynamic Server to serve and provide safe, friendly and hospitable service to the residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take orders, serve, clear dishes for residents or guests
• Deliver room service trays
• Serve using proper serving etiquette
• Reset tables after each meal
• Assist with dishwashing and restocking of clean dishes
• Build positive relationships with residents, associates and co-workers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Energetic, professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Detailed oriented
• Team player
• Compassionate and understanding of eldercare
