Provide incredible customer service by creating a positive and energetic atmosphere at every table, serving guests in a courteous, hospitable, attentive and efficient manner when maintaining tables, placing orders and collecting payments. Build rapport with guests by maintaining their tables to ensure they are receiving the best possible service and experience. Thoroughly understand the menu and beverage offerings; utilize suggestive selling techniques to creates interest and enthusiasm for our offerings. Study menu changes and attend beverage classes whenever possible to continue to grow food and beverage knowledge. Prepare the dining room and bars for service with exceptional attention to detail; ensure all areas are clean/sanitized, organized and well-stocked.
