Server - Philadelphia Phillies : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Server to join our team. You will be responsible for all service-related duties, including but not limited to setting and resetting tables, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverage, clearing tables and ensuring an overall enjoyable experience for the guest. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Report for shifts as scheduled, dressed in proper uniform. Complete all necessary pre-service tasks and side work, ensuring the dining area is prepared for smooth and efficient service. Attend Pre-Shift staff meetings to review the daily menu, expected reservations and shift-specific duties. Greet guests warmly and regularly check in with them to ensure their needs are met.
