Server (Part-Time, Seasonal) - Elwyn : Job Details

As a Server, youll be responsible for the forefront of Resident interaction with the dining program for the community. From daily operation of the restaurant and bar to catering and special events.? The Server will be responsible for taking orders and delivering food and drinks, answering questions regarding menu and drink selections, work closely with wait, bar staff and kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently. Your Responsibilities: Prepare restaurant for lunch / dining by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils. Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies. Must be able to explain the chef's specialties; identify appropriate wines; answer food preparation questions.
