This person will provide overall front line customer support in our service division.The successful candidate will be a go-getter who has a high level of interpersonal skills to handle different customer service situations. This position requires self-direction and demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. The position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Good oral and written communication skills are critical.This position provides frontline customer and administrative support to insure timely, courteous and responsive attention to the completion of the company-s service department follow up.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Primary contact and liaison for certification deficiency follow up with the company-s customer to include pricing, approvals, service ticket creation and scheduling.Review certification reports for noted deficiencies found during routine testingResearch pricing, prepare proposals, and obtain customer approval to correct deficienciesSchedule/ coordinate with service dispatch for technician to complete approved workCoordinate with third party vendors when necessary to acquire applicable pricing and technical assistance.Address customer concerns and complaints and have the ability to resolve the matters in the best interest of the customer and the company.Possess the ability to work harmoniously within the service area and provide administrative customer support functions of all types and levels.All other duties as assignedSkills and Abilities Required:Must have knowledge of office administrative procedures and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, at a level generally acquired through 3+ years related experience.Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.Good oral/written communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work in a high volume/fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
