Key Responsibilities: • Engage with customers to identify their vehicle repair and service needs. • Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. • Uphold our standards for ethical practices, professionalism, and excellent customer service. • Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and keep customers updated on their service status. • Boost profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions. • Oversee technicians, ensuring efficient time management and timely job completion. • Conduct quality control checks to maintain high service standards. • Collaborate on developing and documenting standard operating procedures.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. • Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control. • 3+ years of experience as an automotive service advisor preferred. • Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing, and communication skills. • Excellent multitasking abilities and a knack for staying focused amid interruptions. • Proficient in using computers and business machines.
