Currently, we employ over 100 people and are always looking for the best people to train and develop to continue delivering an unparalleled customer experience.About the position:Service Advisors are the critical point of contact between service customers, the technician performing repairs, and the parts department. An advisor will typically interact with more customers each day than most other positions will in a week or more. As such, you have the single largest impact on the customer's impression of the dealership and ultimately, their satisfaction and decision to do business with us. You will be responsible for communicating with customers to determine which repairs are necessary, submitting concise repair orders, reviewing needed maintenance, and collecting payment. As a service advisor, you own the customer experience as you are the first and last point of contact with the customer.Responsibilities include:Takes ownership of the customer experience.Ensures the experience is a magical one.Provides support for concierge service and shuttle service.Keeps proper records for customer repairs and maintenance.Schedules customer appointments.Oversees the flow of the check-in lane.Ensures customer CSI is above Zone.Maintains a professional appearance and attitude at all times.Keeps customers informed throughout the repair/maintenance process.Collects payment after service is completed.Follows attendance guidelines.Maintains a professional relationship with all co-workers.Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:At least 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor and/or dealership experience required.Fantastic customer service and communication skills.Friendly personality.Time-management skills.Professional, well-groomed personal appearance and a positive attitude.Team-oriented and self-motivated.Strong computer skills.Good multitasking and organizational skills.Clean driving record and valid driver's license.High school diploma or equivalent.Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background check and MVR.We are a DRUG-free employer and a pre-employment test is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
