Service Advisor - Mayse Automotive : Job Details

Hard-working, experienced Service Advisor needed. This person will be the contact point for customers to schedule for vehicle maintenance and repair work. Must have previous experience. Monday thru Friday, NO Saturdays. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls for customer and discussing work needed and scheduling their vehicle to come in to service.
• Greet and interact with customers, duplicate potential problems with their vehicle and be able to write a Repair Order clearly and easy to understand.
• Responsible for checking history on the vehicle for any current or future recommended maintenance.
• Must to be able to accurately provide estimates for repairs of vehicles and keep customers up to date and informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the day.
• Must maintain high Customer Service Standard while adhering to company and manufacture policies on all repair orders.
• Prefer experience in CDK

This is a fast-paced job requiring good multitasking abilities and requires accurate fast typing and 10-key. Must have great phone skills and ability to confidently interact with customers.Require minimum of 2 years' experience in service writing. Prefer GM or Mopar (FCA) certified.Benefits:
