The Livermore Auto Mall is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our automotive service clients. Your primary objective will be to assist customers with their inquiries, schedule service appointments, and ensure a seamless experience throughout the entire process. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong automotive knowledge base, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from customers regarding automotive service-related questions, concerns, and appointment scheduling.- Provide accurate and detailed information about our automotive services, including pricing, availability, and service options.- Assist customers in troubleshooting basic automotive issues over the phone, offering guidance and recommendations when appropriate.- Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of services.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including contact information, service history, and any relevant notes or special requests.- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided and address any additional concerns or questions they may have.Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in automotive technology is a plus.- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the automotive industry.- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and maintenance procedures.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and service technicians.- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment.
