• Performs quality control check on outbound repairs
• Records repair order information (i.e. customer identification information, watch information, special needs, etc.) in the repair system
• Processes proceeds and cancellations via Outlook and other systems.
• Files and pulls documentation for estimates, proceeds, and cancellations; confirms with customers
• Responds to inquiries regarding repair status and shipment updates with internal stakeholders.
• Assists with closing the completed repairs for shipping.
• Processes parts return authorizations
• Assists Parts department in fulfilling orders
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
