Service Clerk job responsibilities will be including but not limited to

* Greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership.

* Handling service leads and overflow from the Service Advisors.

* Working closely with serviceretention and with the pace program.

* Provides Service Managementinformation by completing reports.

* Updates job knowledge byparticipating in GM educational opportunities

* Enhancing Service departmentreputation by service leads after repair.
