Job Description :
Currently seeking a Service Clerk for a full time Temporary to permanent position in Norwood, MA. Responsibilities of Service Clerk-Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line phone system-Manage all aspects of the scheduling operations-Retrieve paperwork for field staff on a daily, weekly, and month basis-Update and manage database at consistent intervals-Coordinate verification operations with field staff-Download and distribute necessary documents-Assist the operations manager with identifying and implementing new scheduling and work tracking software programs-Coordinate the actions of the office staff, field supervisors and field installers -Performs other tasks as they are assigned. Requirements of Service Clerk:-2-3 years previous customer service experience-Previous experience as Administrative Assistant preferred-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programs-Ability to multi-task-Strong Customer service skills-Great communicati...Clerk, Operations Manager, Microsoft, Customer Service, Retail, Staffing
