Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Transportation: Ensure safe, timely, and professional transport of customer vehicles between their homes and our dealership.Customer Interaction: Provide a positive, friendly, and professional experience for customers during vehicle pick-up and drop-off.Technology Utilization: Utilize the Driver Q App to efficiently manage and track vehicle pick-ups and returns.Vehicle Preparation: Guarantee that customer vehicles are delivered in pristine condition by performing tasks such as washing, vacuuming, and conducting final inspections.Accurate Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all vehicle movements and services performed.Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols to ensure the secure transportation of vehicles.Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer needs and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of satisfaction.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to coordinate seamless vehicle pick-ups and deliveries.Support Duties: Assist with dealership events, promotions, and other support duties as required. Qualifications: Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead tasks effectively.Customer Service Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.Technical Proficiency: Experience with Red Cap, Outlook, and Google Sheets is preferred.Positive Attitude: Possess an outgoing personality and a can-do spirit.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Driving Skills: Comfortable driving various makes, models, and sizes of vehicles.Reliability: Dependable with reliable transportation to and from work.Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.Attention to Detail: Ability to manage customer and employer information accurately and confidentially.Physical Stamina: Capable of spending most of the workday driving and performing physical tasks related to vehicle preparation and transportation.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
