A growing healthcare company in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a full-time Service Coordination Supervisor to lead a team of Service Coordinators. This role involves ensuring the team effectively communicates with patients via email and phone, conducts quarterly in-person visits, and maintains accurate, compliant documentation. The supervisor will provide guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the Service Coordination team.
- Ensuring timely and effective communication with patients via email, phone, and in-person visits.
- Managing and updating documentation to maintain compliance and accuracy.
- Providing training, support, and guidance to the team to address patient inquiries and challenges.
- Monitoring team performance and implementing strategies for improvement.
Ideal Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (BA) required.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation and compliance standards is preferred.
Salary: $80k - $110k/Year
