Summary:

The Service Coordinator greets candidates/associates, registers demographic information into computer system, schedules appointments, providing administrative support along with developing and maintaining moderately complex spreadsheets, report compilation, and data trending analysis.

Responsibilities:

EDUCATION

+ High School graduate or GED equivalent

+ Associates degree or certification from an accredited business school/program preferred

EXPERIENCE

+ One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in an administrative support roll

+ Prior medical office experience preferred

+ Prior experience in occupational health and/or human resources preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Strong proficiency in the use of required software applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word

+ Power Point experience preferred

+ Strong ability to organize/prioritize multiple responsibilities

+ Ability to work with little or no supervision.

+ Demonstrated ability to maintain and deal with confidential data and issues

+ Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
